Do I require Delcor’s furniture assembly service?
To ensure a smooth and efficient furniture assembly service, we recommend taking the time to assess potential delivery constraints, both inside and outside your home including tight areas such as corridors and corners, narrow doorways and stairs that could be difficult to manoeuvre around.
Outside, be cautious to check for narrow lanes or lack of drive space, overhanging trees or any existing obstacles that may present delivery difficulties before we arrange the appropriate delivery service for you. You might like to take advantage of Delcor’s in-house furniture assembly service if you have a tricky space. If so, please flag this up with our delivery team and report any concerns ahead of the delivery schedule. Our team can then allocate extra time to your slot to assemble your Delcor furniture on site and provide you with the best possible service.
Preparing for your assembly on-site service
Our delivery team will call you 7 to 14 days prior to your furniture delivery to discuss all available options with you, as well as arranging a convenient date and time slot to best reflect your needs. In the meantime, we encourage all of our Delcor clients to take the time to assess surroundings and be best prepared well in advance to handle any access issues our team may face.
Whilst we offer an expert in-house furniture assembly service to navigate efficiently around spaces, we cannot guarantee surrounding fragile belongings won’t be interrupted during the process – which is why we recommend clients move all interiors out of the way before delivery to protect them from any potential damage.
