Chelsea Fixed Back Sofa

This gorgeously traditional style translates to a more contemporary look, simply by choosing a modern tapered leg, and by selecting a simple linen fabric.

The unique pleating detail on the arms is created individually for each sofa as the fabric is painstakingly hand-pleated and molded to the shape of the arms.

  • Hand-sewn piping detail to outside of arms.
  • Fully coiled sprung base and sprung back for added comfort.

The sofas during this time have had normal wear including the rough and tumble when grandkids visit. There is no sign of wear to the fabric, I have washed to seat pad covers on several occasions over the years (no fading or shrinkage). I wanted to replace to seat and back pads with a firmer filling, I’m delighted to say this has been done to above and beyond my expectations, I now have a very comfortable, firmer sofa to suit my needs. Sofa looks great, and all fits perfectly, I’ve got the best of both having kept the other sofa with the pads.
