The Empire bed

The Empire is our stylish dual headboard divan bed. Inspired by Luxury hotel style beds: a sleek and versatile bed with generous dimensions to suit any room. Designed and handcrafted by our talented Northumbrian artisans.

This clean, fresh and timeless divan could fit seamlessly into a wide range of room styles. With its elegant, smooth lines and gently curved padding, the Empire is a subtly sophisticated piece of furniture. Crisp, smooth edges give this divan a modern and minimalist feel. This bed is truly a blank canvas to create your own masterpiece.

Featuring a solid wood frame and divan base with inset pocket springs for comfort and support. Choice of several drawer options are available for the divan base. High density comfort cushioned headboard, and the finishing touches of your choice of feet or castors.

Choose from a world of fabrics to make your Empire bed unique. Bright, vibrant fabric colours would make your Empire a statement piece in a natural tone room, or by using neutral shades, your Empire can have a calming feel.

A matching Empire blanket box is available to tone beautifully with your bed.

  • A big thank you Delcor, over 20years ago I bought a pair of Lofa Sofas(you still had details of original order) from the Glasgow store. The sofas during this time have had normal wear including the rough and tumble when grandkids visit. There is no sign of wear to the fabric, I have washed to seat pad covers on several occasions over the years (no fading or shrinkage). I wanted to replace to seat and back pads with a firmer filling, I’m delighted to say this has been done to above and beyond my expectations, I now have a very comfortable, firmer sofa to suit my needs. Sofa looks great, and all fits perfectly, I’ve got the best of both having kept the other sofa with the pads.
