Delivery & Returns
The final part of the Delcor experience is delivery. We understand the importance and respect that is required when delivering to your home – that’s why we do it ourselves. All of our deliveries and installations are carried out by our own trained delivery teams using our own vehicles.
At the time of purchase we will give you an estimated delivery time. We will call you 7 to 14 days prior to your delivery to discuss a convenient date for the delivery to take place. At that time, we can talk about an AM or PM delivery. You can change your delivery slot at any time but this may affect when the next delivery slot will be available.
If required, we can give you a call one hour prior to delivery. We will remove all packaging and ensure the room is left just as we found it. Please ensure that the room is fully accessible and the necessary space clear for your new furniture. Unfortunately, we cannot remove any old furniture due to health and safety regulations.
Please let us know of any difficult access inside or outside your house. Are there any red routes, parking restrictions, narrow lanes or gates outside your property? Are there any narrow doorways, tight corners or difficult stairs to navigate inside your house? If so please contact us and we can make arrangements with our delivery team.
