Do you only sell Delcor sofas?
Yes. We are a designer, manufacturer and retailer of our own luxury furniture including sofas, chairs and beds. The fabrics we use are all highly regarded luxury brands that reflect the quality of furniture we create.
Do you offer finance?
Yes we do. If you are investing in your comfort for years to come, we believe you should choose the sofa and fabric you love, rather than by your budget. We offer attractive finance options, which allows you to buy now and pay gradually. Your sofa will be paid off long before you need to replace it.
Do you offer an off-the-shelf range?
Yes, we offer an off the shelf range of sofas and chairs through our website only. Our showroom service enables you to create a luxury sofa made to your exact measurements in a fabric of your choice. We believe you are investing in a sofa and you should be able to pick a fabric you will love for years to come, rather than the smaller selection we have chosen.
How do I puff up my cushions?
Taking care of your seat and back interiors will keep them looking good for longer. Down cushions will flatten over time. You can either puff them up at home by holding one end of the cushion on the floor (if it is a large seat pad) and hit the cushion all over rotating it as you work. Squeeze from the top-down or side to side so more down moves toward the center, repeating the process with each rotation of the cushion. Hit the other side of the cushion as well. Repeat the process with all cushions. Alternatively, you can find out more here or give us a call to arrange for the cushions to be restuffed as with older pieces, the filling material might need to be replaced to enliven your cushions and restore them to their former glory.

Are your sofas British made?
Yes. Every piece is handmade to order in our Northumberland workshop, where we have been creating the finest upholstered furniture since 1967. Our raw materials are carefully sourced and our workforce are all local. We take great care to handcraft your furniture to the very highest of standards. We truly fly the flag for luxury British made furniture.
Do we have to order from our nearest showroom?
No. If you spot a Delcor showroom on holiday and find the perfect sofa, you are free to order it! Ordering from a more local showroom does have advantages as you can revisit the showroom as often and as many times as you need to. We want you to make the best choice for you without any rush.

How does your delivery service work?
Every one of our luxury sofas is made in our workshop and delivered by our own Delcor team. We do not use 3rd parties for deliveries. Our delivery team know our sofas inside out. If you’ve a tight hallway or stairs, our delivery team will reassemble the sofa in your chosen location without issue. We also remove any packaging in the process.
We will deliver anywhere in the UK.
We are moving house, can we delay a delivery?
Moving, downsizing or relocating – we can work with you to make sure your sofa is delivered when you need it.
What is the lead time for a Delcor sofa?
The lead time depends on how many sofas we are making in our workshop. We will be able to confirm your delivery date when you finalise your order.
Can I express my order?
Every sofa ordered through our showroom is handmade and bespoke to you and made in our workshop. We appreciate every customer is excited about their furniture. To ensure every customer gets their sofa as quickly as possible and the quality of our craftsmanship remains high, we do not offer an express service.
What happens if it doesn’t fit through the door on delivery day?
We can reassemble any sofa in your home, without any compromise to the furniture. Our experienced delivery drivers take the greatest care during delivery and installation – in the tightest of spaces or up several flights of stairs.
We want another matching sofa. Is this possible?
Of course! We keep a record of every sofa and chosen fabric a customer has bought from us and can make another sofa to match. However, the one thing to bear in mind is that the original fabric may have been discontinued and may be subject to changes in colour due to the affect of sunlight. However, we can discuss this with you and find the best possible alternative if need be. Please get in touch to discuss your needs.
Which fabrics and brands do you stock?
We have thousands of fabrics available for customers to choose from, from practical hardwearing to the finest materials for statement pieces. We stock high quality fabrics we are confident will give years of service and delight our customers. You can find the brands we stock here. Alternatively, please give us a call to see if we can stock a particular brand or fabric type.
Are samples an absolute colour match?
For certain fabrics, there may be minor variations in the colour. We can advise on this as you are choosing your samples.
Do you offer an interior design service?
We recognise you might need a helping hand with your interiors. Selective showrooms offer an interior design service to help you make the most of your space and to cater to your specific taste.
Do you do 3-piece suites?
The beauty about Delcor is you can have any combination of sofa, chairs and footstool to suit your room, size, comfort and filling. Mix and match, matchy-match or complimentary fabrics or contrasting ones, we’ll help you get the perfect sofa for your home.
Can we customise every piece of furniture if we wish?
We can customise any sofa, chair or footstool height, width and depth and even leg type should you wish. We can create a beautiful piece of furniture that is completely personalised to you. This service is only available in our showrooms
Are fabric samples available to take away?
Our fabric rooms contain thousands of beautiful fabrics and leathers from leading suppliers. Due to the vast selection we are not able to keep samples instore. However, we will order requested samples and arrange for them to be sent direct to your home. Sometimes larger returnable samples can be requested-(subject to availability)
How do we refurbish our Delcor sofa?
Refurbishing your existing Delcor furniture is very cost effective and gives your old furniture a wonderful new lease of life. Call your nearest showroom and we will explain the process and book you an appointment to come in to discuss any modifications you might require and to choose a new fabric to refresh your sofa.
Can we refurbish our sofa at any point?
Absolutely. Our refurbishment service extends to every sofa bought from us whether that’s 10, 20 or 30 years before. We can reupholster and service your sofa and make minor alterations to reflect your needs. You’ll enjoy the same attention to detail, advice on fabric samples and your sofa will benefit from the same high quality craftsmanship you enjoyed the first time around.
How does the fabric room work?
We understand it can seem quite daunting to have so much choice. By taking advantage of our inhouse expertise, we can effortlessly help you find the perfect fabric for your choice of sofa. Our talented design consultants will help guide you to create something very special for you and your home. Feel free to bring samples of other finishes in your room, so we can find the perfect upholstery to tone beautifully. Relax with a coffee, or tea and enjoy the creative process!
Can we visit the showroom more than once?
Absolutely! You are welcome to visit as many times as you need to. We wont rush or pressure you, but we will help you to create something totally unique for your home. Sometimes it takes time to choose-this is a very creative process! Feel free to bring samples of other fabrics and finishes in your room so our design consultants can help you find the perfect fabrics or leather for your new Delcor furniture. Our showrooms vary in size and have different displays. If you are looking for a specific model, then feel free to contact your nearest destination showroom to enquire if they have your selection on display.
Do I have to book an appointment?
You do not need to book an appointment to visit us. Feel free to come and browse at your nearest destination showroom. However you are more than welcome to pop in or book an appointment if you would prefer. (subject to availability)
